Our journey began in 2014 when Ailis found us the perfect cave house. Her husband and his team did an amazing job of renovating it to our taste and by 2015 we’d moved in permanently, our ‘adventure before dementia’ as friends called it! Sean guided us through every step of the way, always available, helpful and with good advice. Fast forward 10 years and time for new beginnings again. Sean and Sally did an amazing job with superb photography and write up and within no time Ailis found me a buyer.

I have known Sean for more than 5 years now. His service is excellent as is the advice and knowledge of the area in which he serves. Although we have not bought or sold through them yet, due to various reasons, I and some friends have viewed quite a few properties over the period. Sean and his team are always ready to help and have taken the time to arrange viewings for us whenever required, for which we are very thankful to him and his team. Bought our cave through shaun , very casual attitude on help , notary very casual, surprisingly went well. After was very concerning to all that was supposed to happen prior to taking ownership, no water, though, should have been organised. Sorted after a few hours and waiting on pressure, that took several days.
Not a good start. As was promised. Otherwise, we was satisfied with his response.
