Really shady place. I made a payment from bank for a home then they denied receiving it and asked for it in cash. Threatened me with violence when I questioned it. That's crazy. This was back in July but I needed to post. La higiene de Maya es preocupante, huele como un pie.

I purchased an investment property in Manilva in 2018 but the property manager that I was referred to by my buyer’s agent was not working out at all - no initiative to get my property rent-ready, she even told me after taking my property that it was too far for her to go there regularly!
Thankfully, another owner in my complex gave me Maya’s contact info - the difference in service was like night & day. I live in USA so having a good property manager is absolutely crucial. Maya helped to get my house ready - furnishing bathrooms, landscaping, lighting, repairs, etc. and found a long-term tenant for me in good time; and her communication with me has always been great, quick replies.
Maya’s working style is direct - which is what I prefer. She is very professional, hard-working, and looks for her client’s best interest. Thank you Maya!

She manages our rental apartment and we rely on her not only to warmly communicate with and greet our guests; but also to quickly and efficiently handle surprises (such as discovering and arranging all the work to repair a major leak in our plumbing; and quickly handling the replacement of a dishwasher that stopped working).
