My wife and I came to Marbella because we are considering moving from Latvia. The situation in our country has become tense, and we are no longer comfortable living with our children. We decided to find a safer place for our family in advance. Marbella attracted us with its safety, natural beauty and the availability of English schools - this is very important to us. But it turned out that there are not many places in schools here, and property prices are quite high.

We looked at about twenty apartments, contacting three different real estate agencies. Our budget is €500,000, but I wanted to find an apartment for €300,000. However, we did not see anything decent for this amount, so we had to increase the budget.

As for real estate agencies, many of them offered everything that was on the market, not really focusing on our wishes. But we were pleasantly surprised by the work of Valeria from the Marbella Company real estate agency. She showed us three apartments, and each of them fully met our requests, unlike other agencies.

We were also picked up by car, which was very convenient since I don’t like taking taxis. We settled on the Albatross residential complex in Nueva Andalucia. It was a bit more expensive than we had planned, but it was the best option we saw. The complex is close to Puerto Banus and next to two schools, which was critical for us.

Valeria showed us two schools near Albatross: Laude School San Pedro and Aloha College, both just 7 minutes away by car. Since we don’t speak Spanish, Valeria offered to help us enroll the children in school, as well as get a residence permit, connect water, electricity, and even open a bank account. The most amazing thing is that all these services are included and do not require additional fees.

We no longer plan to use other real estate agencies in Marbella. We were ready to look for a translator and people to help with paperwork, but Marbella Company turned out to be so convenient and comprehensive in its service that it saved us a lot of time and effort.
